This was so, so sad. Some nice one liners, and it’s interesting to see her style translate into this format, but it was just profoundly sad. It’s an insight into the therapeutic process in a way and so also a bit disjointed. Mixed feelings.

This was a fascinating and very heavy read. The timing of this to YOMT adds some context to how challenging the years were for the family.

This is a sad look into the lives of a mother who is dissecting with her therapist and daughter’s therapist about why her daughter is an alcoholic. It’s not medical, more Freudian and talking about attachment. Very sad. It reads just like journal notes, as the title implies.
