This book was okay for what it was, but I'm not a huge romance fan, and something about it just rubbed me the wrong way. I'm not sure how old the author is, but I'm reasonably certain teenagers don't REALLY act like that... maybe I'm just still too close in age to teenagers to think of them as that stereotypical. Then again, I found the main character (who is much closer to me in age than any of the other characters) to be somewhat frumpy and old. Anyway, the storyline was enjoyable enough; I didn't hate it.

I was hoping to like this book more, but it was just okay for me. The main character Kerry got on my nerves constantly wallowing in her self-pity. She was always trying to please other people and not make herself happy. Being a former dancer, I was hoping there would be more ballet/dance in this book as opposed to romance. Oh well. I still enjoyed the story.
