I am so happy to dive into Bob's adventure! Plus it was super cute to see everyone that I loved all over again and exciting to meet some new characters! I've also really enjoyed Bob and Ivan's friendship so when I could get more of it - I didn't hesitate a second to dive into this book.

The One and Only Bob features a unexpected tornado that kind of flips their lives upside down. When they get reunited, I was just so happy but it was also bittersweet. Bob's only concern is Ruby and Ivan. So when he finds them it almost broke my heart a little bit. Yes, Ruby was fine but Ivan was in a bit of trouble. Oh, and that's not the only thing going wrong at the zoo either.

Bob's adventure was really cute and it made me appreciate him and all the other animals a lot more in this book. Each character was great on their own but together they were more amazing. I definitely enjoyed this little book and I'm hoping that there's going to be another editions. Maybe Ruby's?

Danny Devito's performance as Bob, a scrappy and loveable small dog, makes this a five-star production. His characterization of the titular pooch as he observes his world, talks about his friends at the animal reserve (including Ivan), and the catastrophe they must all survive, is incredible. It's a short production, too, so it makes for a perfect companion during limited downtime (or anytime).

If you have read “The One and Only Ivan” this is a companion to it with the rough around the edges Bob. He was raised on the streets, so we get his backstory. We also have a natural disaster that causes some to become lost and others to be found. Written in short chapters (some only a few sentences long) with a lot of pictures. If you do the audio along with it you get to hear Danny DeVito voice Bob. It was a really fun read.

Quick read, great book

A little dog with a big heart can make his tiny old a much better place. Bob is a character to relate to in how to help others and not just ourselves.

All the warm fuzzies with this one. I’d forgotten about the style of the prose in One and Only Ivan, but it was comfortable and wonderful to fall back into that rhythm, albeit with tough-guy Bob as the narrator. Loved every minute of this.

Small, but mighty! Bob becomes the hero and accomplishes so much more than he thought his little body was capable of! A sweet story of friendship, family and an unbreakable bond. Adults will love this just as much as the kids will. Perfect read aloud for all ages. Read 'The One and Only Ivan' first. Otherwise, you risk spoilers!
