Not my favorite of her books, but I still loved it. Pacing went from slow motion to sprinting and then back again and mainly felt like a setup for what's to come. Still loved it, thanks to the characters and SJM's writing. A little scared about what's next, but I'm very excited as well.

I just can't believe it, this is absolutely brilliant. I wasn't sure this would live up to the first book but in true Maas fashion everything tied together perfectly. This book gave me all the feels and was an incredibly satisfying read.
Now for the spoiler part:

omg as a fan of ACOTAR the ending had me SCREAMING. As heartbreaking as it was I am so excited to see Bryce interact with the court of dreamers. I cannot wait for the next book.

I haven't decided on an overall rating because I fucking HATE the ending so much. The very last chapter is fucking stupid. Negative stars from me. NEGATIVE.

The rest was fine. But my enjoyment from it is basically null because of how much I do not like the ending.
