Listening to this on audiobook might have been the chef's kiss for rating this book 5 stars. I absolutely enjoyed the energy and humor that Arnold brings to life in his book. This was part memoir, part self-help (think The Secret) and helps you see where Arnold came from and how he got to be so big (literally and figuratively) from body building to acting to his time in politics to his philanthropic work. I've always had a keen interest in Arnold and this audiobook pushed me into a new level of respect for him. I'm actually thinking I might want to pick up the hard copy of this book just to have and reflect back on.

His seven tools, like setting goals and helping others, spark ideas for my own training.
It’s not perfect. I wanted a bigger story and more about his struggles. Some parts repeat too much. Still, it left me ready to keep going.

Some expected Arnold encouragement!
Now you may think that as a ‘typical thing’ and ‘urgh typical Arnold’ …however there was some genuinely good points raised, some motivational mindsets and a reminder to “just do it!!”
I especially liked the analogies throughout, especially the camera lense to ask why? And ask why again with purpose! Almost one of Stephen R Covey’s 7 habits of highly effective people, to look at yourself!
If you need some encouragement, especially to get active this is for you.
