This was a quick and interesting read! I really loved the art style and story for the girl from the other side and I plan on continuing this series! I’m interested to see how things will pan out, the teacher and Shiva are both interesting characters and I’m curious to know more about the both of them. The cliff hanger ending for this one makes me eager to know what happens next with these characters, I’m wondering what kind of direction this story will go in. The bond between Shiva and the teacher is a cute aspect, I’m hoping this doesn’t turn into a romance between the two of them.

I picked this up because I wanted to give mangas a shot and I don't usually like the style of drawing. This has a more european line quality, and a beautiful use of contrast.
We follow a young girl and a benevolent 'cursed one'. It's pretty much an introduction to a story : not much happens but it sets the mood. Seeing as it's pretty much 8€ a chapter I'm not sure I'm hooked enough to buy the rest of the series, maybe some day.

Best describe it as dark fairy-tale contrasting the grimness of the actual social situation and...the tender-caring emotions between the young girl and her monstrous teacher.

Omg I loved this! The art style is gorgeous, I couldn't get enough of it. I wish I lived a cute cottage like Shiva does. This manga reminds me of another one I read that I also really loved about a monster and a little girl going on an adventure. Good thing I have the second volume already, I'm not wasting anytime, volume 2 here I come.
