So many thoughts on this book, but overall disappointing. I agree that we should not shame people for their body type. Medically speaking, there seems to be a lack of knowledge on the author’s part regarding the pathophysiology of disease. All body types can be metabolically unhealthy as we see in medicine; no doubt it is greater at elevated weight. Her opinion is the opposite and the premise of the book. I disagree with her premise.
