Johnson knocks it out again with a great short story. I absolutely loved this one. Definitely as much as I loved Maneater, which is my favorite of Johnson's. This story packs a punch with its fun and unique take on exorcisms and with a touch of social commentary that I think would hit home with many.

5/5!!

Enjoyable, quick read. This is fast paced and manages to deliver something a bit different when it comes to stories about possession. I'll be reading more from this author for sure.

For to only be 15 pages. This was an awesome read! You want something fun and horror to read right before bed???

This is your book!

I loved the little twists the author added. We all in the horror industry have seen movies about friends Skyping and trying to make it out alive in the night. Social media and horror can go so well…if done right. And this one was fun.

I read this book, while waiting for someone and this one was an insanely quick and fun read! The story captures you from the first sentence and keeps your attention throughout the entire length of it. It was an enjoyable read!

 So, for my possession obsessed self, this was like at Halloween you get the bite sized version of your favorite candy. It’s small and over quickly, but you still enjoyed it all the same.

Saw this trending on bookstagram and I’m not sure I’m understanding the hype. The story wasn’t scary nor enjoyable. A super quick read though, so no time lost really on giving it a go. 

Props for trying something different with the webcam exorcism, I suppose.

Ring ring, Satan’s calling 🤪! This 15 minute read presents exorcism in a fresh, modern way that feels so fun and realistic. Brittany is so good at taking moments and pushing them to the limit without the story losing its footing and that’s evident here. I wish this was the start of a longer title bc I’d read it
