This was meh. It was easy to read and I loved the wlw aspect of the book but that was about it. The characters were pretty uninteresting and the same problems seemed to arise too often. I liked the plot as it was different to anything I usually read but it was a very basic wlw story. Enjoyed it but wouldn’t rush to read it again.

This is a chill, Lesbian romance starting off with a disastrous event. That had even though sad managed to focus on optimisation. A good read if you need to smile and enjoy a good Lesbian romance

Such sweet and romantic pick me up for darker times. A little insta lovely but a good story nevertheless. I enjoyed the couple, such a cute pairing! Listened to this as an audiobook and I'm looking forward to listen to more of Clare Lyons works.

3.5. Solid “quaint English village” romance, characters could have had a bit more depth, and the conflict in the 2nd half seemed unrealistic.
