Self-help books are not for me. Boring. Maybe had 2 points I resonated with.

Although the writing was somewhat weak, it was enjoyable to read once you learned how to create your miracle morning! The premise of the book is good, and I liked seeing the quotes in every chapter.

While repetition can be effective for reinforcing the benefits of the miracle morning, I believe this book could have been better edited. It was overly repetitive, particularly with its frequent references to the author's website. Reading the same thing around 100 times in one book was quite draining.

I'm giving this book 3 stars for its message and the inspiration it provided. I actually enjoyed reading it!

I didn't finish this because I'm so sick of motivational books written by people who have every single it social privilege (looking at you cis white dudes!) who don't understand or believe in structural inequalities in our society. This book also has a big cult vibe, and I wasn't here for it.
Save yourself the money, just read the blogs and skip the cult leader worship.
