Incredibly powerful. I will listen to this over and over again. You should, too.

I like what Brené Brown has to say but I have a hard time getting anything that I can personally apply. I feel uplifted from her. She might make a difference in my day but she doesn't make a different in my life. That's a bummer.

My one take away was from the man who said, "My wife and daughters would rather see me die on the horse than fall off of it." That is a horrifying thought for me. I want to be aware of that as I interact with the men in my life. I want to make space for them to be vulnerable.

Perfectly timed. Brene's work is life changing. I will probably return to this powerful work over and over again ... with gratitude.

A condensed, more polished production with a lot of the same content from The Power of Vulnerability. But still awesome. Focuses on the different manifestations of shame in men and women.
