Too much woo for my liking. Might work better for someone who is just getting into witchcraft, but there really are better beginner books out there.

An interesting read. I don’t necessarily agree with every aspect of what Bartlett writes but I don’t think there’s anything harmful in her suggestions. Definitely contains some good exercises for mindfulness :)

It is a good book for beginners certainly, however it does lack depth at times. There are also moments where there is too much detail where it is not necessary, as well as some slightly problematic concepts. As with most witchcraft books make sure to read with a critical eye but certainly give it a go.

Great beginner book. It was the first book I read on witchcraft and honestly was very helpful I still keep it on had to go back to. It doesn’t go into too much detail but goes into enough detail that you get the general idea so that you’d know if you want to adventure into further topics
