This was a fun collection of short stories. Something here for everyone. Time travel, magic, dragons, cave men, Father Christmas! If you like Pratchett, you'll find fun here.

My favorites were:
How it all began, How Scrooge saw the Spectral Light, The Haunted Steamroller and The Quest for the Keys. Mr Brown’s Holiday Accident- was my absolute tippy top favorite.

Knowing his unfinished stories have been destroyed, it was a very nice surprise that these earlier stories were discovered. It's obvious that this is an early Pratchett, still finding his voice, yet it's familiar enough to feel a bit like coming home again. Or to see the outlines of the place that will be home decades later.
