Omg......like some other negative reviews, I should've dropped this at the second paragraph of the whole book when she got "tingles between her legs" while looking at a statue.

Loveable characters: Yes

Het romances do not do it for me usually, but this was a glittering exception with some delightful local flavor. I laughed so much!

Cute concept- just some unnecessary stuff I had to skip over. Kate & Leopold/ Enchanted vibes. Ending/resolution was kind of abrupt.

Almost all of the book was a bit cheesy and expected until the ending — would say whole book is 3 Star and ending is 4+!

On the first page we discover that Emily gets literally horny for statuary, which she doesn’t “usually” do at work (implying, however that it does happen occasionally) and the last time she felt this way was when she found out her husband had been cheating on her. I’m done.
