there is some swear words and some really romantic parts in this story. I was never a really big fan of sci-fi, but this story is amazing. It has really good description of the plot and the characters and it is always really exciting

Post-reading: A fun, compulsive read!
_____
Pre-reading: Okay, so I admit that I was obsessed with Eragon when I was 12. But then again, I was 12. But also, that cover is gorgeous . . . I may wait to see if my library buys a copy of the audiobook and give it a try if they do.

I don’t normally read science fiction, but wow. This story was wonderfully done. The characters were brought to life in such a way that you can’t help but feel for the individuals as well as the whole group. Happy to have taken the time to be introduced to this universe by Christopher Paolini.
