Absolutely loved this book! It was like Mass Effect, The Outer Worlds, and Terraforming Mars all rolled into one in book form, with some D&D thrown in as a sprinkle on top. I loved the whole adventure, and it had me crying by the end.

Really nice long read

It was a very enjoyable book. Loved the story and how all the characters evolved and took shape. Science fiction to me is writing something imaginative that can be achieved at some point in the future. This book does that! Definitely worth a read

A fairly generic overall story, full of tropes, but in the end I was pleasantly surprised by the ending.

Paolini is better with dialogue and storytelling than action. With regard to the action - at times it was almost impossible to tell what was going on and I’d end up not paying too much attention until something important happened.
