I think this was a great book but while reading the snippets about the pregnancies and the birthing scene I couldn’t stop thinking about how it was written by a man

I did quite like the book but I did get a little confused when it kept flipping back in forth between current day and the past. But that can totally be my fault as I listened to the audiobook of it lol

Flat characters, massive plot holes and contradictions. And for some reason

the only death described is that of a dog?

I believe there would've been potential for better, as the idea is really interesting, but it feels like the author focused more on building a timeline than giving the characters any depth or creating consistency.

The movie, in this case, works better and takes less time off your life!
