i found some essays clever and hilarious while others fell a little flat. a mixed bag of millennial-isms that was generally lighthearted and made for a good break between heavier reads.
What I liked: I enjoyed that listening to this book felt like I was listening to a close friend ramble on about past stories and random thoughts. Some things were very relatable and made me feel, well, weird but normal.
Reason for Pause: 3 stars because it wasn’t a ~laugh out loud funny~ or ~I’m obsessed with this book~ type of read.
Read if: you’re just looking for an easy comforting book that could have been written by a friend.

Some good essays and definitely a relatable and humorous author, but sometimes the tangents were a little annoying. Felt like this book was trying to meet a word/page quota.
