Turn the flywheel. What actions feed into other actions that feed into themselves to make a self propelling dynamic? what’s the weakest part of flywheel? How do I fix that week part?

i'll be honest i haven't read his good to great yet so when i read this i found it interesting enough to want to read it now.
it's a think read obviously but don't be deceived.
maximise it by reading both and it's for everyone - across industries, regardless of whether you're an MNC or SME.

Great summary

Having read some of Collins’ books previously, there was some ground covered here that I was already familiar with. But, having a nice concise summary of the material will prove useful to me.

Nice summary.
Some bits a little repetitive but understandable.
Useful examples. Concrete content, not just fluff.
Recommend listening to the audiobook and follow along with physical copy to take notes. The audiobook provides a bit of additional commentary not in the physical text.
