I'm not the target audience, should have done more research before reading.

Low rating is more to do with the number of typos and poorly structured sentences than the content.

Beautiful, cozy, poignant, hot, lyrical, and simply lovely. I wanted to read it again immediately.

This book is quiet, cozy, slow, and sexy in all the right ways. A historical romance featuring three trans characters who create a life that works for them, it doesn’t dwell overly on tragedy or oppression (although they are certainly acknowledged — and are the reason all three find themselves living in their own bubble in the country). There is very minimal conflict, instead just a series of nice warm hugs for your spirit.

Surprisingly horny, maybe because I'm used to historical romances being more buttoned up for the first half or so of the book. But love a lil polycule, love a really tender T4T romance, and loved how well this suited right as the weather became autumn proper.

I adored this. Not much happens but everything that does happen filled me with queer joy. We are allowed to have books like this.
