This had such potential to be a very hot read. Unfortunately, the cheesiness and stupidity played a big part in ruining the story. One of the dudes Gracie gets down with asks her to marry him at the end of their interlude AND she accepts? Soooooo stupid and unrealistic. Also, I hate when authors have the opportunity to write realistic and exciting sex, but they settle for the same tropes over and over again. Yes, some women orgasm very easily but most do not and most do not from mere penetration. And when a newbie has anal sex, I guarantee there's a big disgusting mess unless she has prepared for it ahead of time with a laxative or other means. When Banks writes this kind of insipid sex that is trying to be risque, she comes off as more of a novice than her characters, and probably contributes to more women (because men are unlikely to read this crap) getting set up for major disappointment and embarrassment. And also, there was no chemistry between Gracie and Luke. I call for a do-over, because the concept was great but the follow-through poor.

Yall. Idk what I expected but omgggg this was not it

Super short but still a cute story.

Gracie just dumped her boring boyfriend. She wanted something he couldn’t give her, and he tried to make her feel bad about it.
Gracie talked with a friend about what she wanted and why she needed more. On the kinky-er side of sex.

Once of her best friends Luke over heard the girls talking and decided to take things in to his own hand.
This is a story of finding love in the most likely of places, but also being true to one’s self. I loved Gracie’s honesty in this book she knows what she wants and she goes after it.

And ok it’s a threesome kind of book so you know it’s going to be hot hot hot!!
Worth the read defiantly

Bored? Cleaning house?
I highly recommend listening to this short escapade (via Overdrive) to keep you motivated. ;p
Two hours cleaning the bloody carpet... Never got bored. Not once.

Distracting casual homophobia and fatphobia.

Is it a GOOD book? Absolutely not.
But I wanted short & steamy & that's exactly what I got.

As a Texas girl, I will say the accent used by the narrator was overdone. That and the heroine had a serious obsession with BBQ. With all the trucks and stereotypes, I'm surprised the author didn't throw a longhorn in for good measure.

This book started out well and had good flow through the middle, however that is when it gets choppy. The end just ties up a little to neatly and unrealistically. Books that tie up neatly in a perfect package at the end are just not my cup of tea. Life is messy and not everything is perfect. Books are much more enjoyable if they have a realistic ending. It can even leave a thing or two to the imagination without being a cliffhanger that could result in a follow up book. I liked the characters and the writing but wanted a different ending.
