I wanted to love this like I did the others, but it felt a bit repetitive plotwise and I found myself wishing for more Emily and Wendell interactions than we got. Still a fun read and I still adore the series overall, just not my favorite of the bunch.

I'm glad I switched to the audiobook. The pacing was a lot better listening vs physically reading. That being said I really enjoyed this series and this story. It tested Emily and Wendell's relationship and I like that they both had to be smart to get through everything. Wendell's dramatics were spectacular. I also really enjoyed the cameo's of all of the past characters working together.
