Sebagai cerita horror, apakah buku ini seram? Buat saya tidak. Tapi apakah ceritanya seru? Buat saya iya.

Buku dengan tebal 500 halaman lebih ini menghadirkan beberapa kejadian yang di awal terasa "tidak perlu", namun di akhir semua kejadian itu ternyata saling berhubungan. Di awal sampai pertengahan babak cerita, alurnya terasa lambat. Bisa dimengerti sih karna penulis ingin membangun plot dan karakter. Setelah satu kejadian besar yang jadi event utama terjadi, saya merasa ceritanya jadi berjalan lebih cepat.

Secara keseluruhan saya menikmati buku ini.

 King stated he feels this is his scariest book. While I am not sure I totally agree (so far for me it is is It as the scariest) but this is a great spooky read for these spooky months, and it definitely ranks in top 10 scariest for me! Great book from cover to cover!

This was a perfect book in every way. I saw it differently now that I have a three year old. Death was always there but it was when they tried to go against it that they faced consequences. The best Stephen King book I've read so far.
