It was an average read. In the beginning, the story, though being dark, was compelling; but towards the middle became preoccupied with sex that it somehow lost the narrative.
The towards the end, the dialogue seemed whiney and the characters became self-righteous. I feel like they were going to break up if not sooner, than later. The instability of their emotions made me question their "fit" in a relationship, but at the same time, David's patience and Zach's resilience are perhaps all they need to weather any storm that comes their way.

I was intrigued in the first half of the book. I wish I could see more of Zach recovering. I didn't really care for his and David's relationship
