I loved the own voices rep a lot! People in my life live with visual imparement (their terminology) so it was really cool to see some of that experience tied into a fantasy novel.
The world building was really good! I loved the few little references to Supernatural aswell! Romance and intimacy isn't for me, but the relationships are nice too.

I enjoyed this a lot and would recommend it for 16+ due to some explicit content. However some of the earlier chapters or dialogue did read as though it was written by someone who doesn’t know how teenagers speak- it sort of felt like when a parent imitates ‘teen speak’ really badly.
