I thought the backstory on why Christian stalked Stella was really boring and not worth the lead up. Also who Stella's actual stalker was was very anti-climactic. Entertaining story but those two parts were boring.

The series concludes… In the earlier books we learn very little about Stella, shes just mentioned as a friend and blog/influencer. Shes definitely written different from the other MFCs in previous books - actually all the girls seem to have really different personalities for the most part, but the MMCs seem to all have very similar characteristics. Look, I enjoy a super alpha aggressive/possessive MMC just as much as the next book girly, but I feel like with series like this where each book covers a different couple, theres SO much room for the writer to show me they know how to be diverse and bring out some strong differences in personalities and sexual desires with ALL characters… But the MCs seem to just be copies with slight variations of the last. The books werent bad, and i enjoyed them, just wanted to point that out.

🌶️ 3/5 Theres SO many different ways to write spice, different kinks and things to explore. I wanted to see some of that come out with each of these couples, but it was along the lines of sameness throughout. The spice wasnt bad, I enjoyed it, but had higher expectations for some variety. Most of the variety came in the form of slow burns…

I knew from the beginning that twisted lies would be my favorite and I was so right!!

This book just did it for me in every single way! Christian and Stella were everything. The classic fake dating, forced proximity, grumpy x sunshine, slow burn, it was all done just right for me. Absolute perfection, they just served like no other. The banter, tension, the romance was just incredible. Truly a power couple!

Christian is the hot, possessive grumpy billionaire that we all know and love. I love him so much. His character development was just amazing. The way he prioritizes Stella had me swooning. I seriously need a Christian Harper in my life!

My girl Stella did not disappoint, I love her so much. I loved watching her come out of her shell, grow into herself, and become more confident! She had the best character growth and development. Though she is sweet and loving, I loved for her baddass moments. She was just so fun to read about and I enjoyed and love everything about her! I am Stella girl through and through!

Stella and Christian are for sure one of my new favorite couples. It made me so happy seeing everyone happy and thriving. I love all the characters from this series and though I’m sad it over, everything was done so well and it was overall a satisfying ending. I dare say a perfect conclusion and goodbye to these characters <3
