I got it as a ARC in a physician writers group that I belong to. I'm always looking for a good medical romance - where the characters are doctors and it's realistic in that portrayal (no doctors dating patients please!) I overall enjoyed the premise of a middle aged doctor falling for another doctor she's gotten to know on twitter and especially enjoyed the age difference - it's rare where the woman is older and is more established.

I had several quibbles. The male character gets out of his mind drunk on their first date, something that was instantly a red flag to me, but didn't bother the main character at all. His ex-wife is "shrill" greedy man whore.  There's scenes of a "romance" between the vixen chief fellow and the chair department, which was gross and lecherous and blamed entirely on the fellow and would NEVER fly in this age. And while I really do appreciate writing from one's own experiences, descriptions of vaginal dryness from menopause and impotence from antidepressants do not fit well with a romance novel.
