Het laatste deel uit de serie. Een goed afsluitend einde. Als het eerste deel van het boek niet zo langzaam was gegaan, had het 5 sterren gekregen.
Most of this book was boring and uninteresting to me but Nikolai/Zoya...that's why I stayed up till 3.45am finishing this.
review pre-reading: the cover!!! the title!!!!!!!!!
review post-reading: *1000000000 stars holy sh...
I've waited almost over a year to finally read this book, the big finale to the grishaverse series. Originally, I thought the title would be Queen Of Storms, but Rule Of Wolves is also good whatever.
This book welcomed me home to a world and characters I've known for a while now.
Since reading [b:Six of Crows|23437156|Six of Crows (Six of Crows, #1)|Leigh Bardugo|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1459349344l/23437156._SY75_.jpg|42077459], I didn't think I'd ever find a better book, but here it was dude.
A lot of unexpected things happened (spoilers): First of all, the characters of both the Shadow And Bone trilogy, and the Six Of Crows duology reunited again: We went back to Ketterdam <3 and we met Kaz and Jesper and Wylan. Alina, Mal and Oncat made a short appearence too. I didn't realize how much I'd missed them.
But as we saw old faces again, others died aswell... (dear David, the greatest fabrikator since Ilya Morozova, may you rest in peace) (Leigh why did you do this???)
We also met the boy who shot Matthias Helvar, but luckily our Nina Zenik found love again. (And becomes queen of Fjerda?????)
Save some mercy for my people. Matthias would've been proud.
The story ends with The Darkling finally having some sort of redemption (if you can call it that).
Zoya Nazyalensky (or Nabri), becomes queen of Ravka and my girl Inej shows herself once more.
Tell Kaz Brekker the queen of Ravka has a job for him.
This is how the book ends, leaving a quest in it's wake. Idk if this is foreshadowing for a third Six Of Crows book, but if it is, I will be waiting for it to be written. And I'll be waiting to return to the grishaverse, to return home. <3
Thank you [a:Leigh Bardugo|4575289|Leigh Bardugo|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1534446099p2/4575289.jpg], for creating this masterpiece of a story. You are a true Saint.
I can't wait for the show!!!!!

Kocham Nikolaia z całego serca, a jeszcze bardziej kocham jego relacje z Zoyą. Kocham też Ninę i Hannę. Kocham ich wszystkich. A przede wszystkim kocham Grishaverse, który zawładnął moim sercem i który stał się moim domem <3
if it wasnt for zoyalai i wouldnt even finish this book
Love was the destroyer. It made mourners, widows, left misery in its wake. Grief and love were one and the same. Grief was the shadow love left when it was gone.
3.5
Este libro me dejó trastornada y no sé qué decir más que LONG LIVE ZOYALAI, you deserved a better story.
