And she does it again 🄹 I loved seeing Jagger and Paisley not only grow as individuals, but as a couple.

I was doing good with the ā€œno tearsā€ in this book until the end. You got me Rebecca.

On to the next fly boy 🫔

Eyes Turned Skyward is the second book in the Flight & Glory series. This book centers around Jagger Bateman and Paisley Donovan. Since Paisley’s sister’s death, she has been treated like she’s made of glass due to her heart disease. Her life really isn’t hers and everyone is always worried she’s going to end up just like her sister. Little do they know, Paisley has never thought she would make it to be older than her sister. Paisley has been dating Will Carter who has always been her best friend growing up. One day she’s trying to cross off items on her bucket list and goes to the beach from her friend. While there, she gets thrown into the water….she can’t swim and can’t seem to get above water. Jagger Bateman sees Paisley get thrown in and immediately takes off for her. Jagger saves Paisley and immediately takes her the hospital to get checked out. Finding out that she has a girlfriend, Jagger knows that he’ll never see her again. As fate would have it, they do meet again. Jagger Bateman is the biggest ladies man there is. He has sworn that he won’t get in a relationship with a woman because he’s forced on finishing flight school. He just can’t seem to get Paisley out of his head. Not only does she have a boyfriend…but her boyfriend is competing with him for top of their flight class. The tension between these two was off the charts! Every time they were together they were fighting it as much as they could. I loved getting the vulnerable side of the Jagger and how they really were the best for each other. This book brought me to tears as all the twists started to come too light.
