Very clever and artfully written/ you can see the tv or movie version unfold as you read this.
Echoes of Arsine Lupin as well as the aforementioned ocean 11.

This book was so much fun! The characters were interesting, and the plot was unique. I did find it a bit predictable, and some of the slang usage made me physically cringe (I never want to see "take the L" in a book ever again).

This was a fun, heist-y read! It gave me Heist Society vibes (although not as good unfortunately). The plot and premise of this book were really interesting and intriguing, and whilst the character development got better, quite a few things felt lacking. Overall the book had a lot of promise but wasn’t quite executed perfectly. Having said that, I do think I’ll read the sequel!

Thieves’ Gambit was a twisty, turny heist book with a fantastic cast of characters and non-stop action. Oh, and I can’t forget about betrayal and romance! They’re in there, too. The only thing I didn’t like about the book was the ending because I now have to wait for book #2 to see what happens next!
