The way this book was genuily funny. I loved it. As this book is called The Hating Game, you might have guessed it, the two main characters bicker non-stop. And it's so so amusing. Lucy is a petty queen, and she does petty like no one else can. And Josh, I need myself a Josh.

Some romance books tend to drag and be too cliché and too cheesy. This one wasn't any of those things. Very refreshing to see two people hate eachothers guts. At least, pretend to hate eachoters guts. And the way they still were pulled to eachother and them hating it? Cheffs kiss.

Had a good laugh, would recommend.

Lucy was so obnoxious and tiny...just in case you didnt know, every other thought is how tiny she is. She will remind you. Josh seemed great but didnt know how to use his words. IDK this isnt my trope I guess.

we can’t ALL be short. Genuinely find a new character trait for your female characters

fast-paced and super easy to read, but the romance moved way quicker than I wanted. there’s a lot of steam and their first kiss comes so early that the slow burn I was hoping for never really happens.

loved the playful enemies-to-lovers tension at the office but the ending tipped into full-on cliché for me.

For real? Get a life
