2018 - 3.5 the concentration on the characters juvenile past and present relationship drama took away from the plight of the characters and the story. The frightening and gory creature scenes kept me hanging on until the end.

My first horror read in a while and it absolutely terrified me
Super creepy and had me on the edge of me seat. Quick read but definitely gives the heeby jeebies.
I listened to this throughout the week and WOW! It’s so freaking good on audio! This gives the classic monster slasher movie feel with that nice touch of mystery. I was really rooting for the main group the whole time! This was fast paced and had me on the edge of my seat right from the beginning! The author wasted no time getting right into the good stuff. The story starts right from the first page and will keep you hooked the whole time. I couldn’t stop listening! I had to know what happened next!
