This is a book I think I would have loved a lot better if I read it instead of listening to the audio book. I had a hard time with the actors voice. But its a good read for a dark winter night. Filled with snowed in skiers and creepy monsters.

If you like Until Dawn, you'll love The Shuddering. It's tense, perfectly paced and packed with well-rounded, believable characters.

Story was overall fine, tone was extremely flowery and excessive, lots and lots of useless descriptions of un-needed details.
