Fantastico. Mi è piaciuta tantissimo l'analisi puntuale e fluida lungo il corso di storie, leggende, libri e serie TV, con un linguaggio semplice e senza eccessivi fronzoli. Ho adorato il capitolo finale sulle streghe. Unica pecca, ma forse inevitabile quando si legge un libro che raccoglie assieme tutti i riferimenti "negativi" nel corso di tanti anni, è che in alcuni punti sembra un po' "esagerare" con l'interpretazione; rimane però lo stesso un libro interessantissimo e che ho già consigliato a conoscenti.

I ultimately enjoyed this novel overall and it did have some thought provoking analysis! I would recommend this for anyone interested in the intersections between feminism and horror/true crime, which is something I have always been looking for in a novel! There were some parts that were absolutely KILLER and other parts that fell flat, so I ultimately will rate this one with 3.5 stars.
