I love it. I found it helped me put words to how I approached learning and why I am so fascinated by why people do what they do. Why my “why” causes negative reactions and how I can do better. I have already read it twice and I am sure I will read it again.

solid book with very practical and important takeaways; some case studies were a bit stretched perhaps but overall very fascinating book; we did it, we thought again

Lots of good lessons in this book.  I listened to this one, but will definely find a physical copy to reference. I enjoyed the authors easy to follow prose.
