It’s the first book in a duology (or series?) that will clearly continue to expand on Ilya and Khalid’s relationship.

I really love how this started. Ilya is not your typical omega, and he is expecting the worst with his arranged marriage. He’s in for a big surprise when he meets his king!

I really enjoyed the timid first steps with these two getting to know each other. It’s hard to say too much else without giving away big plot points. I will say the middle was more surprising to me than the end itself. I cannot wait for the second book, which comes out in May!
