Everyone should read this incredibly inspiring, thought-provoking book. Many a page is bookmarked with phrases that I want to return to over and over again.

It’s difficult to give this a rating. It was insightful and inspiring to hear Frankl’s story of his experience in concentration camps and to learn more about how his initial work in logotherapy came to be.
I don’t necessarily agree with everything within the logotherapy approach but I can appreciate the therapeutic tools and modalities that have been influenced by the concepts within it.
Definitely an interesting read.

It’s missing the 0.5 star just because I’ve read other books in the genre (non-fiction) that a more of a clear 5 star read for my personal enjoyment and learning from it.
It was an amazing book. I didn’t expect it to focus so heavily on his own experiences of surviving the concentration camp, so my expectations were very off, but nevertheless it was very enjoyable!
Note to myself: I listened to the book solely on audiobook.
