The narrative of this autobiography comes from a psychiatric perspective on the entrapment of the innocent victims due to their difference in ideology. Interesting and eye-opening read.

Such a good book, took me a while to get through it because I was making notes. Definitely a book that came to me at the right time, the ethos of logotherapy really resonated with me. It's given me a new perspective on life.
Only potential issue is that it does get quite technical towards the end, particularly the post script, which I found dragged a bit, but it's all very interesting. The book is full of gems.

Frankl has the unique voice of a poet, survivor, psychologist, and philosopher all rolled into one. I feel absolutely touched, and will now genuinely be readjusting my entire outlook on life. One of my favorite books I have read this year, to be sure. Everyone, please pick this up at least once!
