Romantic suspense is a favorite of mine. There is nothing better than a book that has an engaging couple that has to deal with some plot twists and turns. Ursula Sinclair has written an trilogy of three couples that have all of these qualites. Each book in this trilogy has a couple that has incredible chemistry, both in the bedroom and out. Whether a chance meeting with love at first sight or childhood friends, these couples are able to overcome and get their happily ever after. The Guardian Agents are three ex-special service soldiers who are now back in civilian life running a security agency. These men are super hot, and incredibly protective of their women. I especially loved the fact that the characters hooked together somehow and are mixed into each of the stories, giving a feeling of continuity and like you are part of their group. Ross and Shanna, River and Noah and Ebony and Simon bring wit, love, and their own original suspenseful twist. Loved them.

Unfortunately, the narrator, Lee Cronin, was not a good fit. His performance was inconsistent and underwhelming. Luckily the stories are written well so well they carried themselves.
