a novel i adore to read and reread countless times (and probably my favourite reading experience of them all). rainbow rowell your novels have my heart (and have since i first read them almost a decade ago)

5☆ forever and ever

Enjoyed this book a great deal. Might be on the bit fluffy side, but i really like the author's writing style. It is also very clear that she knows the subject maters that she is writing about well. Having lived in Nebraska, I really enjoy that added element.

This one was a little hard to get into at the beginning, but I was invested in Lincoln bettering himself into the man he thought Beth deserved. Very cute, but I was let down by how little face-to-face interactions Beth and Lincoln had towards the end.

The story is quite unique to me and I like it.

I really loved this book. I only gave it three stars because at the beginning I was bored and about to give up on the book. It was probably only because adults were the main characters and I never really can connect with adults in books. But eventually I really did connect with the characters and I loved their personalities. Lincoln was sweet and liked the idea of him falling for her personality. I love how his background was formed and his old relationship was a good addition to the story. All the relationships in the story were so fun to read about like Lincoln and Doris and Jennifer and Beth. I don't regret reading this book. I really liked it.

Rainbow Rowell made me laugh out loud at the laundromat. And she makes me feel like maybe I'm not quite a total freak. And she makes me want to eat french fries and drink beer with her .... or at the very least exchange epic confessional emails with her. Attachments is adorable and sweet and filled me with giddy happiness. It's both girlishly romantic and the sweetest ode to friendship I've read in a long time.

I read Fangirl and Eleanor and Park last month and loved both of them so much, so I bought this on my Kindle. It was... meh. The characters were adorable, and I really did like the main guy, but I've already forgotten his name. The plot was kind of weak. It was like watching a chick flick on a plane-- I may remember the setting (in this case, an office building), and maybe I'll crush a little on the main guy, but I'm not going to care about it after I put it down.
I'm starting Landline today, so I can finish all Rainbow Rowell books. Perhaps it will be better! *Fingers crossed*
