Ya había visto la peli, pero joder con el libro jajaja. He de decir que me ha sorprendido ver las diferencias entre ambos formatos, y el libro me ha gustado mucho, porque me ha aportado una visión diferente de la misma historia. Me ha parecido muy interesante y mal rollero, y me ha dejado imágenes extrañamente inquietantes en la cabeza.

I, personally, wished for a more twisted ending than the HEA ending that you inevitably get with a YA book. A good, classic story nonetheless.

I wasn't creeped out but really liked it. It is well-written and very imaginative. I liked the idea of the other mother creating the world from nothing, or rather distorting it, since she can't truly create. The ideas were chilling, as I have long been aware from the film. It is famously scary.
