i tend to like these international vegetarian books because you get a more natural diversity. this book is ok, but doesn't take many risks. more vegan and non-dairy options than most western-leaning vegetarian books.

To be fair I have only tried one recipe from this book, but I wasn't super impressed. There was only a handful of recipes I was interested in and there just wasn't a ton of information here. 3 stars for now until I try more recipes which may improve the rating. :)
