This one could have been way much better, but it still sets the ground for greatness about to come (hope I'm right.) I don't know, this volume was strage in a not-so-good sense. Let's see what happens next, anyway.

So much happens in this volume! We get the back story of Sela's powers and how she got them, what the realms are and how they influence Earth, who the mysterious "Old Man" is, the re-introduction of Mercy Dante, and of course ! This one had me from start to finish and I couldn't put it down. I can definitely tell the writer's have their flow and know the direction of the story now because they grab you and don't let go until the end. But I do have to say, these cliff hangers! Dude! I have no idea how I was able to wait between volumes with these cliff hangers! s glad I own them now and can binge through them at my own pace.
