This was so chock full of nostalgia and fun it was impossible not to enjoy. Sweet, funny, sarcastic. Rick Riordan has these books down to a science. Very lighthearted and I’m excited to see where it goes from here. Having the books be set before the trials of Apollo is also really fun

The Chalice of the Gods is a quintessential Percy Jackson book.
It’s funny, and it’s a straight up good time. I loved being back in sassy Percy’s head. I loved reading about Annabeth and Grover again.
