This was a quick audiobook, and I’m not sure if putting it on while running errands did it a disservice or if it really isn’t the kind of book that grabbed my attention. It draws attention to domestic abuse in sapphic relationships and just how common it can be. I wasn’t expecting the nonlinear storytelling, and even while listen, I thought maybe I might enjoy it more if I read it physically.
