Cute YA, I liked the K-pop and K-drama aspects that were ingrained into it. This was definitely a book outside my usual scope. Usually I read more fantasy genres when dabbling in YA, so this is my first “romance”. I think because the characters were 17 made it a little hard for me to really get immersed into this story, which made it too easy for me to put it down rather than try to read it in one sitting.

Cute book! Not my typical genre but it was a nice break from all the dark content I read. Who doesn’t love a love story?! Probably will read the sequel to find out more of what happens with Jenny & Jaewoo’s relationship.
