This was… interesting. Weird, perhaps? Both the town and the farm exuded a sense of emptiness and abandonment (recurrent themes), and the characters felt as if they were being held to substance only by the weakest of tethers. The weaver becoming a thread. If it were a movie, I picture it dulled by a gray filter.

“(…) It is a collapsed star, all density and hunger and relentless gravity, pulling everything it can into its center—to be unraveled, unmade, undone, and unrecognizable. How can anyone survive that kind of love?”

The conclusion was rather unsatisfactory, but the story had its moments.

I had high hopes for this book because of the premise and the writing style but it failed horribly, the characters are blend even the crane who at the end of the book I didn't know what he did in the barn that sh is still a mystery to me, also the sheep thing didn't even make sense, overall I was really disappointed by this book, I think it should of had more chapters because 100 felt wayyy too low for what they were going for
