As a fan of Rita Hayworth and someone who loves musicals: perfect book.  This was a great analysis of her life and how she was framed personally and publicly by her heritage and her dance. It made me hate Orson Welles. A lot.

Fascinating excellent study of the star persona of Rita Hayworth. This is a very well researched perceptive and convincing book.
