Interesting and low-level creepy. I liked the horror aspects a lot, and the plot felt original. 

The final few lines felt a little cheesy/unnecessary

I don't like that she became a vessel for the old one tbh

The romance subplots were done well. 

Overall I'd recommend! An enjoyable book.

A horror novel containing monsters, time travel, and characters finding that their expectations are not what they may seem! Perfect for those who like horror but prefer to not have goriness.

I was honestly just bored for most of this. I didn't really connect with the writing or the characters, and despite the plot sounding interesting the writing style just wasn't working for me. I'm sure a lot of people would like it, but it just wasn't for me.
