I thought this book was good, but the plot was all over the place. I really love Neil Gaiman and his novels usually pull me in but this one was tough to get through for me.

Bonus - Neil Gaiman narrated the audiobook.
I thoroughly enjoyed the premise and characters. Coincides with mental stories developed through years of people watching.

It's probably a much better book than I'm giving it credit for, but for a Gaiman, it was pretty disappointing.
